Publication Procedure

Step-by-Step Publication Workflow

  1. Submit a Quote Request
Organizers begin by submitting a formal quote request online, including full conference details.
  2. Conference Evaluation & Approval
The UI Conference Series editorial team reviews the submission and confirms whether a proceedings publishing contract can be offered.
  3. Informing Authors
Conference organizers must inform authors about the UI Proceedings License terms before manuscript submission.
  4. Paper Preparation by Authors
Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts according to the UI formatting guidelines and templates provided.
  5. Submission & Peer Review
    • Authors submit papers to the conference via the designated proceedings management platform (used by UI: DAN).
    • Conference organizers, acting as guest editors, manage the double-blind peer review process and ensure ethical compliance.
  6. Final Submission to UI Conference Series
Once peer review is completed, organizers will:
    • Finalize accepted papers in PDF format (ready for publication).
    • Submit them to the UI Conference Series in a single batch through the provided portal.

Note: The UI Conference Series does not perform post-submission editing or proofreading. All PDFs must be final and author-approved before submission.

  1. Quality Check by UI Editorial Team
The UI team performs a quality assurance check to:
    • Verify compliance with publisher policies.
    • Ensure alignment with the journal’s scope.
    • Assess the overall academic quality.
Papers not meeting standards will be returned for revision or rejected.
  2. Production & Final Review
    • Accepted papers are formatted for publication and uploaded to the UI pre-publication server.
    • The designated communicating editor receives login credentials to review the full proceedings before official release.
  3. Final Publication & Author Notification
    • After final approval, proceedings are published online.
    • Authors (with valid email addresses) are notified of publication and sent direct links to their papers.

Important Notes

  • No Changes Post-Publication: Once a paper is published, only scientific errors may be corrected via erratum or corrigendum.
  • Stylistic or Formatting Changes: Cannot be made after publication. Authors and organizers must ensure proper proofreading before submission.
  • Author Consent: All final PDFs must be author-approved prior to final upload.

This procedure ensures that UI: DAN maintains the highest standards of scholarly publishing while providing authors with timely and credible dissemination of their research.
